Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Product Owner to join our team. Primary Role:
Collaborate with stakeholders, users, Scrum Masters, and development teams to define, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog. Actively engage with business stakeholders and users to gather feedback, translate it into actionable items, and drive product enhancements. Develop product roadmaps, contribute to large-scale project presentations, and ensure alignment within the product scope. Maintain effective communication with team members, escalating discrepancies or blockers as necessary to ensure smooth progress.
Responsibilities
- Communication with Business and Users: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and users, actively gathering feedback and representing their needs to the development team.
- Backlog Management: Translate feedback into user stories with clear criteria, prioritize items, and maintain a groomed and up-to-date backlog.
- Product Enhancements: Advocate for features and improvements, track development progress, and align updates with product goals and user needs.
- Roadmap Creation: Develop product and business process roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Presentation Delivery: Create and deliver presentations to showcase product updates and align internal teams on priorities and progress.
- Advisory Role: Support Project Managers and Scrum Masters by providing product insights and maintaining subordination within team dynamics.
- Global Calls: Represent product priorities in global calls, addressing challenges and opportunities effectively.
- Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved issues with detailed context and actionable suggestions to leadership.
- Team Collaboration: Work with Scrum Masters and developers to clarify priorities, prepare backlog items, and resolve questions promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for roadmaps, backlog items, and user stories, ensuring visibility via tools like ClickUp.

Requirements
- Experience: No prior Product Owner experience required; familiarity with Agile frameworks and ClickUp is a plus.
- Communication: Strong skills in engaging stakeholders and delivering product-related presentations.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- User Focus: Prioritize user needs by gathering, processing, and acting on feedback effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of Nugios Technology products and their business use cases.
- Business Logic: Understand high-level business principles, product alignment with strategy, and related processes.
- Hands-On Experience: At least 2 months working with the product in a specific department or field.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Holidays: Weekends and public holidays follow local government regulations.
