Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Beginner-Level Scrum Master to join our team. If you’re passionate about agile practices, thrive in collaborative environments, and are eager to grow in your career under expert guidance, this role is for you!
Primary Role: Support team-level Scrum practices, maintain sprint data accuracy, assist in prioritization, and uphold organizational frameworks under the guidance of a Tier 3 Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage Sprint Backlog: Ensure task statuses, assignments, and due dates align with sprint goals, maintaining data accuracy.
- Monitor Progress: Update dashboards and key metrics for real-time visibility, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Ensure Framework Compliance: Follow established sprint templates and workflows without deviation.
- Communication and Escalation: Liaise with stakeholders to address priorities, inter-team dependencies, and workload challenges.
- Foster Collaboration: Coordinate meetings to resolve dependencies, document outcomes, and promote accountability.
- Impediment Resolution: Help resolve external blockers with organizational and administrative support.
- Stakeholder Support: Provide solutions-focused assistance to achieve project goals efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ClickUp, WhatsApp, Zoom, and Jitsi; familiarity with other tools as needed.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and English/Russian proficiency preferred.

Work Schedule:
- Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
