About Us
We are a fast-growing international travel and technology group, working with leading hotels and tourism partners worldwide. Our team in Tbilisi is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Connectivity Agent** to join us. If you are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited about the travel industry, this role is for you!
What You Will Do
Create and manage hotel connections in our system
Communicate with hotels and suppliers to ensure smooth mapping and setup
Do mapping in **MSSQL and MySQL** tables
Test connections for availability and rates, making sure everything works correctly
Report and follow up on errors with the technical team
Support daily operations related to hotel connectivity
What We Expect
English language skills (mandatory) – Russian is a plus
Basic knowledge of **SQL (MSSQL/MySQL)**
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work full-time in our **Tbilisi office**
Nice to Have
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or OTA/bedbank operations
Familiarity with hotel extranets, channel managers, or reservation systems
Working Hours
Standard office schedule: **Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00**
Flexibility may be needed during high season
